Short Notification Information KGMU Nursing Officer Recruitment 2025: 733 Vacancies – Apply Now!

King George’s Medical University (KGMU), Lucknow has announced recruitment for 733 posts of Nursing Officer (Level-7) in 2025. This is a great opportunity for nursing professionals to get a government job, which comes with good salary and strong benefits. Salary will be from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 (Level-7, as per 7th Pay Commission), and along with that, medical benefits, pension, allowances and career growth options will also be available.

Eligibility:

Candidate should have B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing, B.Sc. Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.

Or else one should have Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) along with 2 years of experience in a 50-bedded hospital.

Registration with State/Indian Nursing Council as Nurse & Midwife is mandatory.

Selection Process:

Selection will be done only on the basis of Common Recruitment Test (CRT).

There will be no interview (as per Uttar Pradesh Direct Recruitment Rules 2017).
